Supreme Court (SC) has summoned former Attorney General (AG) and advisor to Prime Minister Sardar Latif Khosa on October 21 to explain his position in connection with a bribery complaint against him.
The notice on summoning him in SC has been issued on Friday. An application about taking bribery by Sardar Latif Khosa in a case was forwarded to chief justice of Pakistan in the last week. In this perspective federal government had removed him from the office of attorney general and inducted him as advisor to prime minister.
Sources told SC had confirmed sending of notices to Sardar Latif Khosa.A women accuse him in her application that khosa recieved 30 lake rupees from her.to relesae with hounor his husbnad with help of a judje.
